What is the difference between a ticket and a voucher? In contrast to a voucher, the event date is already fixed for a ticket. The ticket no longer needs to be activated and the organizer's contact details are already on the ticket.
What happens if a ticket cannot be redeemed due to bad weather? In this case, the ticket can be redeemed like a voucher on another day.
Right of exchange? As the time and adventure are already fixed in the ticket, a ticket can no longer be exchanged. However, time changes can be arranged directly with the organizer.
Right of withdrawal? The right of withdrawal, as with voucher purchases, is excluded for ticket purchases.
