Making an appointment with the organizer

How do I get my preferred date? Please find out about possible dates directly from our service partners as soon as you have activated your voucher and received the contact details. Most of the adventures we offer naturally take place outdoors and are dependent on the weather. ATTENTION: There may also be seasonal restrictions.

Can I postpone or cancel booked dates? Dates that have already been booked can only be postponed or canceled in consultation with the adventure organizer. The conditions for this are set out in the organizer's terms and conditions.

What happens if the adventure has to be canceled at short notice due to bad weather? The organizer may cancel the adventure at short notice due to bad weather conditions if it is not possible to carry out the adventure safely.
The decision is made exclusively by the organizer! If the adventure has to be canceled, you have the opportunity to reschedule free of charge. 
Please always check the weather situation directly with the organizer the day before!
