Do I have a right of withdrawal? You have the option of canceling your order in writing within 14 days of receiving the voucher without giving any reason. However, this right no longer applies once you have activated the voucher and received the contact details from the organizer. You can find more details in our terms and conditions.
Can I exchange my voucher? It is possible to exchange your voucher for another experience at any time until it is activated.
