The course is set up in advance. In preparation, the individual stations are introduced, for example giant slingshot, archery, team skiing and can throwing.

After a short warm-up round, the participants get together in smaller teams. They then set themselves the task of completing the course together in the form of a relay race. Team spirit and commitment are required, as the time is of course taken at each station.

The focus is on having fun, laughing together and mastering the tasks together as a team. The ceremonial selection of the winning team is the natural conclusion to this classic team competition.
