Physical requirements:
Minimum age: 12 years, male max. 110 kg, female max. 85 kg Sure-footedness and a basic fitness level of once a week!
Weather:
If the risk of avalanches is too high or there is a lack of snow, the dates may be postponed!

Equipment / clothing:
What to bring: Complete snowshoe hiking equipment, as well as mountain boots that reach over the ankles, freshly waterproofed (or very sturdy winter moon boots with laces), ski overalls or ski pants with jacket, hood, ski gloves, sunglasses and ski goggles, rucksack with provisions, tea and blister plasters, possibly a change of underwear for afterwards; *pre-order suitable ski poles with snow plates and gaiters or hire them in advance!
Date availability:
Every weekend and public holidays from the end to mid-March, snow conditions permitting! Further dates on weekdays for groups on request!
