The dream of flying comes true! Right in the heart of Vienna, children can experience the thrill of flying – safe, exciting, and completely weather-independent. In our glass wind tunnel, they float at wind speeds of up to 280 km/h, feeling just like real skydivers. No prior experience or equipment is needed to make this adventure an unforgettable highlight for young explorers – a one-of-a-kind experience in Austria!
Scope of services:
- Arrival on site at least 45 minutes before the agreed flight time
- Registration at the reception & completion of the conditions of participation
- Theoretical briefing by the instructor
- Complete indoor skydiving equipment: helmet, flight suit, goggles and earplugs
- 2 flights in the air stream under professional supervision (2 times 1 minute in the air stream)
- Debriefing and flight diploma
- USB stick with video of your flight on request (extra charge)
- Photo of your flight moment on request (for an extra charge)
Procedure:
You should check in approx. 45 minutes before your appointment. After checking in, you will go to the training room where you will learn everything that is important for you during the flight (sign language with the instructor, correct flying position). With your equipment under your arm, you go to the changing room where you get ready for your flight. Then you are ready for the flight and go straight into the wind tunnel, where you are alone with the instructor. After a minute, the instructor changes and you have a short breather. But don't be fooled by the flight time, every minute seems like an eternity!
Physical requirements:
- Normal physical fitness
- The minimum age is 8 years (flyers under 18 years need a declaration of consent from their parents)
- Maximum permitted weight: 120 kg
- Not recommended for people who have already suffered a dislocated shoulder.
The following persons are excluded from the flight
- Pregnant women
- Persons with diseases of the brain, the vestibular system and the nervous system, as well as persons who suffer from panic attacks.
- Persons with damage to the spine
