After being welcomed by the coaching team, the “dry training” begins on the rowing ergometer to learn the basics of rowing. In the boat hall there is an introduction to material science, safety instructions and an explanation of the boat positions and responsibility roles. The boat and the oars are then prepared together before the first rowing session of around 45 minutes starts. After a short break, there is the opportunity to change positions and get to know new roles of responsibility. This is followed by another rowing session lasting around 30 minutes, which optionally ends with a final race. A shared photo on the boat rounds off the experience. This unique experience does not require any special physical requirements and is not very strenuous. Sports clothing is recommended. Life jackets are available for anyone who feels unsafe in the water. This special rowing experience offers the opportunity to discover a new form of teamwork in the symbolic "same boat". With the support of experienced coaches and former professionals, the steady rhythm can be experienced on the water. Impressive progress is possible within just 2 hours, finding the flow on the water and enjoying the perfect backdrop of the Old Danube. The relaxed atmosphere by the water offers the opportunity to get to know colleagues in a new, team-building way.

Weather:
The rowing experience takes place in almost any weather. In extreme weather conditions (heavy rain, thunderstorms) an alternative date will be offered.
